Our website showcases a unique cigar glue. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our Product. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the website are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty. The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Ciglue be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, use, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with the Product or these Terms.
- Maximum Liability. Our maximum aggregate liability for claims relating to the Product or Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
5. Ordering and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in $US, € or £, and are inclusive of applicable sales taxes or VAT. Shipping costs will be added to the total during the checkout process.
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
- Payment: We accept credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship only to the United States and the United Kingdom.
- Shipping Costs and Times: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. These may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control. We estimate delivery within 2 weeks, but in rare cases it might take longer. Please contact us if you haven’t received your delivery and we’ll refund or resend as deemed necessary.
- Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may be applicable upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please email us by replying to your order confirmation email.
- Exchange Policy: If you received a defective or damaged Product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us for assistance by replying to the order confirmation email.
8. User Conduct

- Use the Product for any purpose other than repairing cigar wrappers.
- Ingest or inhale the Product.
- Facilitate the sale or distribution of the Product to minors.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract raw materials from the Product.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

12. Force Majeure
Ciglue shall not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, supply chain failures).
13. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or purchase of the Product constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
